EXPERIMENTS (4) - SUSTAINABLE FABRICS

FABRIC 1:

This process saves more energy and carbon emissions. With the same high quality and high performance as the original product, it can maximize the product life cycle and minimize the negative impact on the environment. By adjusting the formula and production method, it can be customized into plastic, rubber, leather and other materials.

This biological fabric is made of glycerin and agar, which can be 100% degraded and recycled by nature. It has very good flexibility and is extremely strong. It can replace leather fabrics, pua fabrics or plastics. The production effects are different depending on the thickness.

FABRIC 2:

Most of the waste clothes will not be used for recycling, and most of the rest will be landfilled or incinerated. According to the report of the 2020 World Economic Forum "The Future of Nature and Business", there will be a truck every second Of textiles are landfilled or incinerated. Landfill will take up natural land resources, which not only takes a long time for natural decomposition, but also pollutes groundwater resources. While incineration consumes coal and electricity, it also produces a lot of pollutants, releases a lot of carbon dioxide, and increases carbon emissions. I use what I made Biological fabrics imitate the effect of clothing burning, calling on everyone and designers to care for the environment and pay attention to sustainable development while designing.

FABRIC 3:

Get the best ratio and deployment method after many experiments. This bio-fabric is made of 100% biodegradable materials such as melon seed shell, coffee powder, glycerin, agar, etc. Similar to artificial leather, but 100% degradable, harmless to nature, with the characteristics of tear resistance, softness, breathability, lightness and easy processing.

FABRIC 4:

One is made of vegetable shreds and has good flexibility. The material and color of the fabric can be changed by changing the type and color of vegetables.

The other fabric uses the leftover vegetable juice for secondary use and is made into a transparent fabric, which achieves zero waste in the production

process.

CONCLUSION:

In short, these fabrics are very environmentally friendly and natural. What is used is the seasoning of our food. After being boiled, it forms a very tough fabric with flexibility.
